  • Encrypted Messages: All messages between users are encrypted before storage using industry-standard encryption
  • Limited Retention: Messages are automatically deleted after a limited time to protect privacy
  • US-Only Service: This platform is only available to users within the United States
  • Authorized Users: Only artists, venues, and bands can send and receive messages

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your profile information is only visible according to your privacy settings:

  • Public: Visible to all users
  • Buddies Only: Visible only to accepted connections
  • Private: Visible only to you

Account Deletion Process

You can permanently delete your account at any time by:

  1. Going to your profile page
  2. Clicking "Account Management" section
  3. Selecting "Delete Account" under Data Rights
  4. Confirming the deletion (this action cannot be undone)

What gets deleted:

  • Your profile and all personal information
  • All musical preferences, instruments, and artist data
  • All audio samples, videos, and uploaded content
  • All buddy connections and relationship data
  • All gig applications, posts, and venue interactions
  • All news posts and social content
  • Your Discord OAuth connection and authentication data

Note: Account deletion is immediate and permanent. After deletion, you can create a new account with the same Discord if you wish to rejoin the platform.
